Costs
  • The 2024 trip cost is £373 (this is as low as we can get it but unfortunately the transport and fuel costs have increased significantly since then). This price covers transport and all costs at the centre including all meals. Children will not need any spending money.
  • To confirm our places we need the booking form and the deposit of £60 by Friday 30th June at the very latest.
The link to the booking form is Calshot 2024 Booking Form
  • We ask that all payments are made using our online payment system (SCOPAY). Please email the office if you are unsure about how to do this - [email protected]
  • The balance to be paid by the Friday 3rd November 2023 and money can be paid in any instalments.
  • Please be aware that if you sign up and pay a deposit, this will be non-refundable, and you will be liable for the whole cost, unless your child cannot attend because of a medical reason. This is because we are unable to change numbers with Calshot once confirmed.
  • If you are struggling financially - please email Mrs Staff as we may be able to access funding.

Please complete the form via the link below to confirm that you wish to sign your child up for the Calshot 2024 residential (please also complete if you do NOT wish to sign your child up): Calshot sign up form.
