Portway Reach the Final

Last Monday the 'A' team took part in the league final day, held at Andover FC's Portway Stadium. The team had qualified by not losing a game the whole of the season, which was a great achievement! Overall it was an excellent day and the boys should be proud of their efforts, despite not getting the result they wanted. In the semi-finals Portway played against Anton B and beat them 2-0 with goals from Harvey Richardson and Rhys Jones.
As we won, Portway got into the final against Anton 'A'. It was a very tough game tough final but Anton played very well and scored 4 goals with us getting one, scored by Lewis Chilcott via a huge deflection. Thank you to all of the parents who came along and supported the team and thank you to Andover FC for hosting the event.
