Portway's Perfect Pasta

On Tuesday 11^th July, the Co-op came and made some food with years 5 and 6.  Firstly we heard about their food farms and how they grow their food on them.  Next we started making the first food item - we had flour and eggs and we had to turn this into pasta! It was really fun digging our hands into the dough, but it took a long time to wash off! We made pasta bows and we were very pleased with our results!

Last, but certainly not least, we had some pasta that had already been made and used this to make a pasta salad ... delicious!  Thank you to the Co-op for choosing our school!
