CHRISTMAS FAYRE

THURSDAY 8^TH DECEMBER 2011

The Christmas Fayre will be held on Thursday 8^th December in the Junior School hall and dining hall from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.

There will be Tombolas, Christmas Goods, sweets, BBQ, Games, Lucky Dip, crafts, SANTA’s grotto… and a great Raffle… plus lots more.

 As we have done in the previous years we would like to ask for some donations please - these include sweets/stationery gifts to be returned in blue bags (we will send out next week). Also BOTTLES and CAKES and nearly new toys and books.

We have arranged a DRESS DOWN DAY on the Thurs 8^th December and the ‘donation’ required to wear your choice of clothes is:

  Bottles –Years 4&6       Cakes and Produce –  Years 3&5

Monday 5^{th h} Dec to Thursday 8^th Dec:      Nearly new books and toys

Raffle tickets will be sent home via your child in a sealed envelope. We would be grateful if you could sell as many as possible, and please return all stubs, monies or unused tickets back to the offices in the returns envelope provided. The reason for this is the law does not allow children under the age of 16 years to buy or sell draw tickets. Additional tickets will be available at both school offices.
