Learning for Year Groups

The DfE says that children who need to isolate at home should have access to schoolwork remotely in order for them to not miss learning that is happening in school whilst they are absent. Google Classroom is the tool with which we will offer remote learning in the instant of an individual, a whole class or year group having to self-isolate.

This is a new experience for all of us. In order to be as prepared as possible, children will begin to use Google Classroom during school time so that, if we have to move to remote learning, then they are more familiar with how it works.

For the first two days of a child's isolation and needing to learn from home, work can be accessed from the relevant link below. After these two days, work will be set by the classteacher via Google Classroom.

The most recent work is listed first.

January 2021 Update: For the duration of the national lockdown, pupils' learning will be set in their Google Classrooms - this is each child's priority for learning. The 'Bonus' activities here are for any child who wishes to do a little extra alongside, or after, the work set that has been set by their teacher.
